As founder and executive director of Both Sides of the Coin Initiative, she has built trauma-informed programs for the people most systems overlook. As chief strategist of Living Proof with Tyra, she helps organizations do the same. She is an author and the founder of her own publishing imprint, and she serves her community in elected office.
The work spans a wide field, but it comes from one place: the conviction that lived experience, handled with care, becomes something durable enough to help others.
